Your privacy
Your story is personal. Here's exactly what happens to it, in plain words.

What you share with us
- When you enter your email: your email and the name you type in.
- When you answer the questions: your name, email, phone number, and everything you tell us about your story: names and how they sound, your message, the style you want, your favorite artists, and details about your car if you share them.
- If you answer by email or voice memo: whatever you send us in that reply.
- When you pay: Stripe handles your payment. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares your name, email, and the amount you paid with us so we can match it to your order.
What we use it for
- Making your song.
- Reaching you about your song, including a quick text or email if something in your story needs clarifying.
- Sending you demos in your style, if you asked for them.
- Keeping a simple record of your order and payment.
- We never sell your information, and we don't use it for ads.
Who helps us handle it
- Google stores your answers and our emails with you (Google Sheets and Gmail, under Ojeda Works).
- Stripe processes payments.
- AI tools help write and produce your song. The parts of your story that go into the song, like names, places, and your message, are shared with those tools to create the lyrics and music. A real person (Alejandro) reads your story and checks every line.
- This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and some code from jsDelivr, which see basic technical info like your IP address, the same as any website you visit.
Your song and your story
Your song is made for you. We don't post your song or your story anywhere, including as a demo on this site, unless you say yes in writing first.
What stays on your device
- While you fill out the questions, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can come back later. That copy stays on your device. It's cleared after you send your request, or anytime you clear your browser data.
- We don't use tracking cookies or ad trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep your order information as long as we need it to make and deliver your song, and for normal business records like taxes. Want it deleted sooner? Just ask.
Seeing, fixing, or deleting your information
Email alejandro@ojedaworks.com and tell us what you want: a copy of what we have, a correction, or for us to delete it. We'll take care of it and let you know when it's done.
Age
You must be at least 18 to place an order. A song can be about anyone, including kids, but the order has to come from an adult.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
